Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
During high-demand periods (sale events, festivals, new launches), processing times may extend by 1–2 additional business days. We appreciate your patience.
Each crystal is individually inspected and energetically cleansed before packaging, which is part of why we take care with processing time.

Domestic Shipping (Singapore)
We ship all domestic orders within Singapore via trusted local couriers. Available options at checkout:
- Standard Delivery: 2–3 business days — SGD 3.90
- Express Delivery: Next business day (order before 12pm) — SGD 8.00
- Free Standard Delivery: On orders above SGD 80
- Self Collection: Available by appointment at our location (contact us to arrange)
A tracking number will be sent to your email once the order has been dispatched.
International Shipping
We ship worldwide! International orders are shipped via registered airmail or express courier depending on the option selected at checkout.

Tracking Your Order
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number. Here's how to track:
- Check your email for the shipping confirmation from Tiann Xinn.
- Click the tracking link in the email, or visit the carrier's website.
- Enter your tracking number to see real-time updates on your parcel.
- If tracking shows no updates for more than 5 business days, contact us.
Our Packaging
At Tiann Xinn, packaging is part of the experience. Every order is:
- Wrapped in protective material to prevent damage during transit
- Placed in a branded gift box or pouch (depending on product)
- Accompanied by a crystal care card with cleansing and activation instructions
- Sealed with intention — each parcel is blessed before dispatch
Gift wrapping is available as an add-on at checkout for special occasions.
Damaged or Lost Items
We take great care in packaging, but occasionally damage may occur during transit. If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive at all, please follow these steps:
- Photograph the damaged item and original packaging immediately upon receiving.
- Email us at hello@tiannxinn.com within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos.
- We will review your case and arrange a replacement or full refund within 3–5 business days.
Incorrect Address
Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate before placing your order. Tiann Xinn is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
- If you notice an error in your address before dispatch, contact us immediately at hello@tiannxinn.com and we will update it at no charge.
- If the order has already been dispatched, we cannot guarantee address changes.
- Re-shipping fees will apply if a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address.
Customs, Duties & Taxes
For international orders, your parcel may be subject to customs inspection and import duties or taxes imposed by your country's customs authority.
- All customs duties, taxes, and import fees are the sole responsibility of the buyer.
- Tiann Xinn has no control over customs charges and cannot predict what they may be.
- Customs processing may cause additional delays beyond our estimated delivery times.
- We declare the accurate value of all shipments on customs documentation as required by law.
