Deposit:

To secure an appointment slot, each client will have to place a deposit of $20 before a slot will be confirmed.

Appointment Cancellation:

Late cancellations (within 3 days) from appointment, deposit will be forfeited. Clients who use the complimentary follow up session will be charged with one session.

Cancellation Policy:

Clients must give 3 days in advance notice to cancel their scheduled session. This is to ensure the Management has sufficient time for schedule planning.

In the case of changes in scheduling due to sickness or urgent matters, we will inform the client at least 24 hours in advance and ensure priority in rescheduling at the earliest slot.

Miscellaneous

The Management reserves the right to deny any service to anyone in the event of any rude or disrespectful behavior.
